About This Item
London: A & C Black Ltd, 1926. 1st Edition. Blue Cloth. Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. xviipp; 465pp; 4pp of adverts. Well illustrated with 5 colour fold ou maps and numerous b/w plates. Significantly sunned spine and light sunning to the periphery of the boards. Rubbing to the head of the spine with a little fraying of the cloth. Neat pencil signature to the front paste down. The map at the rear of the book has been recreased along the folds and the slightest of loss to the top right corner with several nicks along the edge of the map - in no way does this affect the illustration. Slight foxing to the fore edges and to the margins of several pages. Otherwise clean and tight. A good copy.
