About This Item
Toronto: McClelland & Stewart Ltd, 1990 This is a compliation of stories by L.M. Montgomery, the author of Anne of Green Gables, edited by Rea Wilmshurt. Charming cover art is by Greg Ruhl. Stated first printing, first softcover edition, the hard cover having been published the year before, also by MacClelland & Stewart. Fos on inside cover, but it does not appear that she read the book: the interior is very tight and clean and there are no creases on the spine. Save one bent corner and some impressions on the back cover, it seems untouched. There is a stamp on bottom edge saying "09" or "60." Pages are yellowing a bit.
