Scott, Foresman and Co., Chicago, 1951. Condition: Good+. No dust jacket. Hardbound. 80 pp including teaching instructions on the last three leaves. Text profusely illustrated with full color drawings. Many pages repaired with scotch tape, which has browned. Despite repairs, all leaves attachedand unmarked. Stamps on title page indicating property of Board of Education, City of New York and purple stamp indicating The Bronx. Front pastedown has prior owner as Patty MacCready in ink and purple stamp for school in The Bronx. Overall good condition considering its age and scarcity.
