New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1968. First Edition. Hardcover. First edition. ix, 397, [2] pp. Bound in publisher's black cloth decorated in blue, red, and gilt. Fine in a Near Fine dust jacket with a small closed tear to the bottom of the front panel, hint of sunning to spine. A very nice copy. The best-known account of the police murders at Detroit's Algiers Motel in 1967, which was profiled in the gripping 2017 Kathryn Bigelow film Detroit.
