DATED 1130 AH (1718 AD) AND SIGNED BY A MECCAN SCRIBE, MUHAMMAD AL MAKKI AL TUNBARI. DETAILED HISTORY OF MECCA FROM IT'S EARLY ISLAMIC ERA (HERE BEGINNING FROM THE AYYOUBID ERA) TO THE SULTAN MURAD B. SELIM B. SULEYMAN PERIOD IN 985 AH. HISTORY OF MECCA ACCORDING TO THE ISLAMIC DYNASTIES, IT'S STRUCTURE, CULTURAL LIFE, SCHOOLS, POLICY, HISTORY OF THE HOLY MOSQUE FROM THE ASPECTS. THE AUTHOR MAINLY CAME FROM INDIA (ACCORDING TO SOME SCHOLARS) LIVED IN MECCA AS IT'S MUFTI AND STUDIED IN EGYPT. HE WAS A HANAFITE AND WELL-KNOWN HISTORIAN OF MECCA AND YEMEN. HE WROTE HIS IMPORTANT WORK ALSO ABOUT YEMEN WHICH CALLED; Al Barq ul Yamani fi al Fath al Uthmani. THE AUTHOR WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE OTTOMAN AUTHORITY AND OTTOMAN OFFICIALS IN MECCA AND YEMEN. VERY RARE WELL-KNOWN WORK ABOUT HISTORY OF MECCA TO BE SCRIBED IN THIS HOLY CITY..
