Blue buckram, rubbed, some fraying at the head of the spine. Bound with some reading wear and a forward lean, portrait of Ellis pasted onto the second front endpaper, bookplate inside the front board. Ellis's work in which he discusses the Friedrich Nietzsche, Casanova, Emile Zola, Huysmans, St. Francis, and others.
