Externally very good, internally title is slightly browned, one or two spots of foxing to margins, last couple of leaves lightly foxed, but generally quite bright and clean. Printed by William Bowyer. Mainly concerned with the price of corn and bread, an attempt towards the "speedier relief of the poor, from the hand of the extortioner and oppressor".
