About This Item

New York: PublicAffairs, 2016. First edition. Hardcover. Good/very good. Signed and inscribed by co-author and American hero Alek Skarlatos on the page facing the half-title, "To Carolyn - It was great to meet you, thanks for the support!" Black hardcover 1st edition with silver spine titles in dustjacket. A good+ copy but with a hard bump to the head of the spine, and a smaller bump to the bottom edge of the front board. A clean tight copy, unmarked other than the author's inscription. Unclipped dustjacket is very good - bright and attractive with minimal wear to the panel edges. 245 pp., the story of a terrorist attack averted by three alert and heroic American travelers. Alek Skarlatos, who signed this copy, has run for Oregon 4th Congressional District - US House of Representatives in two elections.
