Oran Carter (banker in Texas), and also signed by George Bannerman Dealey (writing his name as G. B. Dealey). Ted Dealey was vice-president of Belo Corp. at the time, and his father, G. B., was owner of Belo Corp. and publisher of Dallas Morning News at the time. Hard cover published by the MacMillan Company in 1938. No DJ. Covers have some scuffing and front cover has two partial rings possibly left by a cup. Spine is missing the top 1/4 inch, and is frayed. Bottom of spine has a tear. Corners and edges of covers have some wear. Top edge of pages has a stain near spine, and side edge of pages has some small stains. Pages have some tanning. .
