Bound in original white laminated soft printed covers, with sepia photograph of the lighthouse jetty, Port of Spain, Trinidad on the front. Copies held in 2 UK libraries (British Library and Senate House), 3 institutions in the Netherlands and 1 in Germany. Well represented in North American universities.
