DEBBIE ZORN is director of the University of Cincinnati Evaluation Services Center, which assists more than 40 universities, schools, and social services agencies with assessment and evaluation. She has been as instructional specialist and program coordinator at the University of Cincinnati, as well as an adjunct instructor in educational foundations and a secondary school English teacher.
