Frontispiece portrait in colour, double page map of Sindh, plan of the battle of Meanee, 12 sepia lithographs including 6 views, 2 folding tables. A near fine copy in contemporary half calf gilt. Eastwick believed that the Amirs of Sindh had been betrayed by the British. As a director of the EIC, he was one of Sir Charles Napier's most bitter opponents.
