The binding is is good, but may eventually need rebinding, as this type of glue wasn't meant to hold up 60 plus years. But as said, it's been nicely repared. Good clean condition. Typical used books with some wear to edges, scuffs, light soil, bumps, the sort of thing you'd expect from a book that was read a few times then stored. Some pencil notes on ffep, faint but present. 111 pages. There is some spotting at the ends of the pages, this is an original editon, not a reprint. As is, as found.
