From the Pennsylvania Telegraph, October 26, 1861. Addressed in manuscript on verso to Ohio Governor William Dennison (with canceled postal stamp). The broadside was printed to help correct the paper's earlier article that had stated that Pennsylvania with 55,800 troops committed to the war lagged behind New York (90,500) and Ohio (67,100).
