SIGNED and inscribed/dated by Douglas on the second blank page. The book is in clean condition, no rubbing, no soiling, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages (other than Wm Douglas' signed inscription), no foxing, tight binding. The original dust jacket has some edge rubbing, two 1cm tears front, two 1cm tears rear, tiny loss tips corners. The book measures 24cm tall x 16cm, and has 192 pages, 16 b/w photos, index. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
