New York: J. B. Ford & Company. Good. 1875. First Edition. Hardcover. Harriet Beecher Stowe's (1811 - 1896) novel was a sequel to "My Wife and I" which was published in 1871. Covers are rust with black decorations. 10 pages of publisher's ads in the rear. Previous owner name and date in pencil on end paper (dated 12/24/1875). Spine is leaning and the exterior is worn, but a good reader's copy of the first edition of this popular author's book.
