Binding is tight, sturdy, and square; corners of blue cloth boards a little frayed, else edgewear to boards is minor; gilt title on spine, decoration on front board remains bright and bold; photos, illustrations and text very good throughout. Printed linen dust jacket shows some minor fraying at edges. Also included is opaque wax paper wrapper over dust jacket, in good condition with a moderate amount of fraying to edges, light rubbing.
