London, UK: Oxford University Press, 1958. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. x, 72pp, [2]pp of blank pages. Bright red cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Rear board has light wear and a small dent, light sun-fading along top edges. Spine sun-faded where there is dust jacket loss, shelf number in ink at heel. Spine ends and corners lightly rubbed. Text block edges tanning, top edge foxing with a pen line. Endpapers have lender's markings, rear free endpaper has a strip of heavy tanning. Copyright page has lender's markings. Internally very neat, clean and tight. Dust jacket spine heavily sun-faded, shelf number in pen at heel, minor loss at ends; chipping to top edges, folds heavily sun-faded, fading around edges of covers, 4cm closed tear at top corner of rear cover, not price-clipped, line of moderate tanning on interior of rear cover.
