Good. 8vo, publisher's green cloth with paper spine label, good copy with boards somewhat rubbed and soiled, rubbing and wear along spine, contents good, foxing throughout, small stain on flyleaf, namestamp and signature of J. H. C. Coffin of Wheeling (then Virginia), 1855, slight restoration to rear inner hinge. Brackenridge spent most of his latter life in Pittsburgh and vicinity, having founded the town of Tarentum, 20 miles up the Allegheny River. 244 pp.
