About This Item

New York: Randon House, 1997. Book. Fine. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 9 1/2 h x 6 1/4w. A real nice clean unmarked 422 page first edition (stated) hardcover. Dust jacket has one small tear at bottom between the P & U. Has a few black & whiter photos scattered throughout. From dust jacket flap: Mayor Edward Rendell will do almost anything for Philadelphia. He will clean the bathrooms in City Hall, endure a joint appearance with Mickey Mouse, and personally lobby President Clinton to keep jobs in the city. He is that rare politician who is larger than life in his ambitions, compassion, and flaws--a man wise enough to see the comic absurdity of his job, yet crazy enough to think he can actually revive his declining city..

About Warren's Books

I have been selling books since 1976. I am not a mega-lister that just types in an ISBN and paste a message of how great I am or how many books we\I sell. I list each book carefully trying to tell the faults and positives of our book. Most of the time I will tell what the book is about and list if it a first edition, hardcover or has a dust jacket. Photos of books are usually my scan and not a stock photo. If you have any questions, please ask. If you decide to pay with check or money order, please make it out to Warren Hahn, That's me!! I have about 5,200 books online with another 200 to list.
