About This Item
John Wiley & Sons, 1961. Hardcover. Very Good. 2nd printing 1966, very good brown cloth hardcover (no dust jacket) shows light shelfwear and touch of soil to covers, touch of soil to page edges, price sticker and ownership marks at top of front pastedown and some other very light trace wear. 293 pages with black & whites, charts, etc. Still a pleasing copy of this work that "..embraces not only theory and practice of mineral identification under the microscope, together with mineralogical and textural analysis of ores and mill products, but also the description of ore minerals and the interpretation of textural features in terms of conditions and processes of formation.
