Boston: Houghton, Mifflin. Very Good-. 1897. Hardcover. This is the Riverside Press printing in 2 volumes. Both volumes contain maps, and volume II contains an index and publisher's ads in the rear. The top edge of the spine is creased on volume II; there is a light marginal dampstain to a few pages in both volumes, not affecting any text. The covers are the original publisher's blue cloth bindings with gilt spine lettering; the top edges are gilt. Both volumes are clean and tight, and there are no interior or external markings or owner names. ; Maps; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 318, 421 pages .
