About This Item

Hamish Hamilton, 1971. 1st Edition. Hardcover. VG++/VG-. STUBLEY, Trevor. 1st Edition, 1st Printing. 22 x 28.5 cm paper covered pictorial boards, purple endpapers unpaginated (32)pp. Signed by Nicholas Tucker and Trevor Stubley to the front free endpaper. In original unclipped dust jacket priced at 1.25 net. A really lovely book with a little dust staining to the top edge of the rear board and a hint of shelfwear. Internally the book is clean and bright with just the author and illustrator's signatures. The dust jacket has light dust staining to the edges. The dust jacket, which is now protected in a removable, clear cover (not shown) presents very well. It has a little light toning and there is a 4cm closed tear to the top of the rear fore edge with marks from an old tape repair and some associated creasing to the top edge. All in all a very good looking brightly illustrated book with the desirable addition of both the author's and illustrator's signatures. Rainford & Parris Books welcomes enquiries, so please do not hesitate to ask if you require further images or have any questions. All books are packaged with great care.
