About This Item

London: Hamish Hamilton, 1960. 1st UK edition . Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. Flawless red cloth binding with silver lettering. 192 pp.,slipped in is the original Blackwellsinvoice to an ' E.M.Rose' at the British Embassy in Bonn slipped plus Blackwell's slip; virtually pristine. Unclipped and virtually unworn jacket very clean at first glance but closer look reveals something like a very faint drip stain to bottom front spine region originating from a small brown mark, also some faint dark flecking down centre back largely obscured by dense text of puffs for 'The Affluent Society', will add protective sleeve when ordered. 15 cm x 22 cm
