Baltimore MD: Butternut and Blue, 1999. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good+. VG+/1st ed./Signed. The only flaw to this copy is that there is no dust jacket. Otherwise, the gilt on the front panel and spine is all present and bright. No wear to cloth or boards at the heel of both covers. Sharp corners. Now housed in an acid free document bag for storage. Mailed boxed, and I can have it in the mail tomorrow.
