This copy with a presentation to Mayor Orrin P. Juel and the City of Brookings,. (South Dakota), from the Town Clerk of the City of Walla Walla, Bill Ellis; and a second inscription to Orrin Juel, from Brian Andrews. Wagga Wagga is perhaps the most important provincial city in New South Wales.
