Illustrated throughout with full and partial page engravings and small drawings. A tight, bright example and unusual thus, shallow loss to foot of spine and some shallow wear head edge; Christmas 1887 gift inscription second front blank. handsome 1870s survey of historic mansions, houses and other notable buildings in central Philadelphia and some of its neighborhoods.
