Dr. Eduardo Röhl (1891-1959), individuo de Número de las Academias de Ciencias Físicas, Matemáticas y de la Nacional de la Historia. Ejerció cargos públicos, entre los cuales la Dirección Forestal (1948) del Ministerio de Agricultura y Cría.
Prólogo de Jorge Schmidke (1890-1981), Periodista y funcionario público.
El libro, describe la labor de los exploradores y viajeros alemanes, que visitaron Venezuela durante el siglo XIX: Alejandro de Humboldt, Jean Jules Linden, Karl Moritz, Ferdinand Bellermann, Hermann Karsten, Karl Ferdinand Appun, August Fendler, Anton Goering y Carl Sachs.
Incluye una dedicatoria escrita y firmada por Jorge Schmidke a uno de los participantes de la conferencia. La portada posterior está despegada, si bien todo el libro se mantiene completamente limpio, fuerte y sólido. Requiere encuadernación.

Dr. Eduardo Röhl (1891-1959) , member of the Academies of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and of the National Academy of History. He held public positions, among them the Forestry Directorate (1948) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Breeding. Foreword by Jorge Schmidke (1890-1981) , journalist and public official. The book describes the work of German explorers and travelers who visited Venezuela during the 19th century: Alexander von Humboldt, Jean Jules Linden, Karl Moritz, Ferdinand Bellermann, Hermann Karsten, Karl Ferdinand Appun, August Fendler, Anton Goering and Carl Sachs. I ncludes a dedication written and signed by Jorge Schmidke to one of the conference participants. The rear cover is detached, although the entire book remains completely clean, strong and sound. Binding required.
