Endpapers red background with white patterning. [Viii], 1-349, [350-352]. Condition notes: A very good copy: lacks dust jacket. Binding with moderate lean. Spine ends rolled, corners bumped; modest sun-fading to spine; light spotty staining and wear to boards. Edges tanned. Residue of adhesive from former bookplate to front pastedown; sellers' pencil marks to first blank page; else unmarked. Sydney Fowler Wright was an early 20th century science fiction/apocalyptic novelist; Dawn is the sequel to Deluge. We personally inspect every book we offer.

Furrowed Brow Books was established in 2020. The bookstore's owner, Paul Purman, grew up in an old farmhouse full of books. Paul had been providing online booksales since 2008 through several popular online sales venues. In 2021 Paul was accepted as a member of the Independent Online Booksellers' Association (IOBA), and graduated from the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar (CABS-Minnesota).

Furrowed Brow Books' goal is to offer an eclectic selection, while providing specialty offerings in Eastern Orthodoxy and Byzantine civilization, theology, Christian mysticism, science fiction/fantasy (Inklings emphasis), and military history.
