About This Item

London: Collins. London, Collins, 1964. First edition, first impression. Hardback. A near fine copy. Inscribed by the author to Mary George. George (and Mary Pym) were two of Aickman's closest friends, particularly in later life. Aickman lived with the pair for a number of years. A lovely association. Aickman dedicated Cold Hand in Mine to George and Pym. The present copy comes from the estate of Ann Pym. Review slip laid in, so certainly one of the earlier copies to be signed. A little edgewear and some toning to the rear. [11116, Hyraxia Books]. . Near Fine. Hardback. 1st Edition. 1st Printing. 1964.
