Text is clean, tight and unmarked but the maps on endpapers mentioned in the index are missing. The fold-out map has one short closed tear and a longer split at the crease but no loss of material. Black cloth boards are rubbed at extremities.. Second Printing.. Hard Cover. Fair/No Jacket.
