14 [charter], 17 [table], 436 [acts up to 1730] pages
Good. Tight binding; lacking most of title page (just enough to verify this as the 1726) and first blank; lacking session law after 1730 but more session law pages than often seen; several tears to first few pages; one burn mark (affecting a word on one page); some foxing; writing in margins of table; several inscriptions on front pastedown - Captain Moses Lyman, Timothy Dwight, Nathaniel Clark are some of names mentioned; covers worn.
Only second edition of Massachusetts Laws. preceded on by a 1699 compilation of Acts and Laws.
