Franklin, Narrative of the Second Expedition, 1828, etc. Also includes: "Considerations on the Propriety and Necessity of Annexing the Province of Texas to the United States. By a Revolutionary Officer, 1830." advocating Texas annexation. "The Slavery Question in Virginia," 1832. Abolitionism, contemporary American views of the World, etc. <br> The American Quarterly Review was the second incarnation of Robert Walsh's political magazine, first published in 1811. Walsh focused on the conflict between Great Britain and France as well as those effecting the new American nation. Please contact us for additional information on this set.
