Not only is Horace Splattly mistakenly put in the kindergartner's cabin, but his brilliant little sister Melody wants to use his superpowers to find the rare and valuable Blootinite. But when someone-or something-kidnaps all the teachers from the camp, Horace thinks he knows the villains behind the wicked plot-the legendary Clownosauruses.
