Prestel, 2006-05-01. Hardcover. Very Good. Hardcover with dust jacket. Book is in excellent condition, text is unmarked and pages are tight. Dust jacket also in excellent condition but has a very tiny closed tear on bottom edge of spine. Dust jacket now nicely protected in mylar cover.
