How do I delete a group of records at once in BiblioDirector?

Return to what I was doing

You won't typically want to delete inventory items from your BiblioDirector database.  You would simply mark any items as "sold" or change the quantity to zero if they are no longer available. The status update for the unavailable item will automatically be included in the next update you send us from BiblioDirector. The item will remain "inactive" or "sold" in your database, unless you actually go in and mark it "for sale" again.

Sometimes you may want to actually delete a group of records at once, because of errors or incomplete data. First, create and save a list of items you wish to delete. While you have that list displayed, hold down the "Shift" and "Alt" keys at the same time and keep holding them down while you mouse-click the Records menu at the top of your computer screen. Then choose Maintenance > Delete Current Item.

BiblioDirector will give you a chance to change your mind and NOT delete those items, or confirm that you do indeed want to delete them.

I was delighted with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion that I needed it for. I was thrilled to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
