1879. Postcard. Very Good. Postcard. 7.5 x 13 cm. Addressed to #396 La Fayette Ave., Baltimore, Maryland, by the sister to her brother Mr. F. [Seedcalfe?]. Written on a one cent US Postal Card, postmarked Ellicott City, MD Aug 6. Dated August 6th, 1879. Reads: "Dear Frank, The judge will leave for Oakland tomorrow, and [?] wishes me to remain until he returns, which will be a week or 10 days [?] - Cousin James is very sick and nervous, so I think you had better not come out, but postpone your visit until he is better, I will tell you more when I see you. I hope you are all well, give love to all - tell Mim P[epa?] to write, she always tells so much very, love to Elma and "Bob" - your affectionate sister, M. W.M." A wrinkle to the recto, else Near Fine.
