There are 10 library markings, with bookplate and card and pocket. Date due slip was glued in but removed. Was a pre-bound book for the library in gray buckram, all 4 endpapers are bound in, not glued to covers. A library business card laid in. Seems to have last circulated in 1969.

The dust jacket spine is sunned, with both corners of the front flap clipped and light wear and tear at the edges. A penciled 6.95 on the front flap is the first time we've seen this pricing. Yellow painted top edge. Tight clean interior.

Woods was Tasha Tudor's second husband. Dust jacket carries $3.95 price at bottom of front flap, top corner clipped. The dust jacket is complete, but shows soil, edge chips and rubbing to the spine and foreedges. The remains of a small price label are gummed to the front of the dust jacket, and a newer, larger label is adhered to the back.
