Some light staining on lower portion of jacket. Small tear about "R:" in Rochester on cover. Book does not have any identifying publisher or year of production. Photos only rarely have a date and usually only a caption of a few words. Many pictures of the famous sports figures and politicians who visited Rochester. One interesting aspect is that it has a dedication or forward by Arch Merrill. Merrill is often called the "Poet Laureate of Upstate New York." Merrill's piece mentions that Powers started as a photographer for the Times Union in 1937. In 1942 he became the Chief Photographer for the Democrat & Chronicle.
