Neat question and answer sections like: "Q Did you hear the deceased cry in distress? A Yes; I heard her several times. The first time, I thought she was laughing, but afterwards I thought her to be in distress. I knew her voice pretty well, and am confident it was she." And incredible look into a historical murder case.(2) Solemn Declaration - 55p, missing cover page 1-2. Front (p3/4) ripped significantly. Some small dogears. Includes a correction of the principal depositions of the Witnesses.
