Boumard Fils, also known as Boumard et Fils, was a family-run publisher of religious art, active at the beginning of the twentieth century. Boumard Fils was located in the Saint-Sulpice neighborhood of Paris, the center of the religious printing industry in France. The artwork on their earlier cards is exemplary of the Saint-Sulpician style.

Louvain: Martinum van Overbeke, 1759. First edition. Leather Bound. Very Good +. 4 ¼ x 6 ¾ inches. 6 vols. uniformly bound in matching contemporary full mottled calf. Marbled endpapers. Spines of each volume have six compartments, four containing extensive gilt decoration, one with a black spine label displaying Tom. Number, and one containing a red spine label with "Daelman Theologia." Pages are clean and crisp and free of marking foxing, soiling and staining. From the library of Samuel Hart, which experienced a fire that damaged a number of books. As a result, items from Hart's library are extremely rare. Samuel Hart (1845-1917) was dean of the Berkeley Divinity School, the (un)official "middle way" seminary of the Episcopal Church at Middletown, Connecticut. A scarce example of pictorial engraving and printing.

Pages bright and clean and free from marking, soiling or staining. Bound in publisher's blue-green cloth with black pictorial cover with silver lettering. Very light wear to corners and head and tail of spine. A very good copy of this curious American German printing of Harriett Beecher-Stowe's classic.

Disbound folio measuring 8 ½ inches by 13 inches, complete with general title page, consisting of 12 leaves (24 pages with last blank) printed in single column within rules. Pages moderately dampstained, with a few other small stains and holes largely unaffecting text. Joseph Hall (1574–1656) was one of the earliest English satirists, an influential Anglican bishop and devotional author. Bound in contemporary blindtooled pigskin over thick wooden boards. Old (19th century?) recasing with renewed endpapers. Two brass catches and 1 [of 2] brass clasps. Cover lightly worn. A very good copy of this collection of the works of the famous Carmelite mystic and saint. One of the earliest female saints to influence deviotional practice in a nice pigskin and wooden bonding.
