This appears to be the "Nouvelle Edition Augmentee de sa Lettre contre le projet d'etablissement des Spectacles a Geneve, de la Reponse de M. D'Alembert, de celle de M.P.A. Laval, de la Profession de Doi Ministtres de Geneve, &c Tome Premier" which was printed in Amsterdam in 1762. A comparable volume with intact cover page and precisely the same text block is listed as published "A Amsterdam Aux depens de la Compagnie M. DCC. LXI" (1762).
The book is in relatively poor condition, though complete and intact save for the first two pages. Still tightly bound and stands straight. Covers intact and attached, though very worn espcially on the corners.
