Binding protected in stiff clear mylar, (archival quality). 51 songs, all in English (Manx titles given), with music. The Deemster Gill was one of the two judges of Man. Some woefully sad songs! Interesting prefaces on Manx history and music. Very Good: solid; corners lightly rubbed, with an 1/8" tear in cloth at spine bottom; light name on lower title page, and a 3.7x3.3 inch newspaper article about the book pasted onto the front endpaper, else unmarked.
