Stamped signature (Lugt 2137a). 8 x 5 . With full margins, The papier verdatre is characteristic of Renoir's earliest printings. In excellent condition. The subjects in the painting were originally thought to be Suzanne Valadon and Louis Valtat. But recent identification of Renoir's wife to be, Aline Charigo, has been made. Conservation Framed

Fine copy, the covers slightly yellowed and common on this age paper and type. La Loge is in perfect cond. Prov: H.M. PETIET, his estate stamp on the inside flap on the front and back.

Each volume In original hand colored printed wrappers with women in costume on the front of each volume. Housed in the original patterned paper covered card slipcase, with rose design on inside covers, with printed paper spine label. Box is shaken. Interior volumes are fine. Ties are perfect.
