No mold or water stains, foxing, writing, or marks on inside pages. No Dust jacket. No scratches on front and back patterned cover.Some minor fraying on bottom and top spine corners, some on front and back top and bottom corners as well; all fraying is minor. Also a dent along the back spine, but it is not obtrusive.(Please see pictures).This book is about the Supreme Court case establishing rights and reservations for Native Americans being displaced or removed by the American Government.
