This copy has been signed in heavy black pen to the front free endpaper by the famous and versatile bandleader Artie Shaw and is very rare thus. This is the second printing as stated on the verso of the title page published in March 1965 just one month after the first printing of February 1965. Double matching maroon coloured endpapers to front and rear of book.
