Page edges have a tiny bit of pink pen. Inside clean and unmarked, binding tight. Includes a history of the 50 years, and many black and white photos. Very scarce commemorative book.

ASSOCIATION COPY--inscribed on the title page and with a separate LETTER FROM THE AUTHOR presenting the book for a gift. Letter is computer printed and reads "8/1/95 Dear Craig, As promised, here's the Eye-talian book for Wayne and Darlene. Me, I'm going out for a pizza. Best," then signed in thick blue pen "Dallas". Book signed on the title page "7/23/95 Bouna Sera, Craig Best, Dallas". Letter has an extraneous crease mark. Dustjacket has some minor corner creases.

Never played 12" vinyl record, in original jacket , and in in factory shrinkwrap. The jacket is very minimalist--white with light-blue lettering. Very light foxing appears on the jacket at the 4 tiny factory "air holes" punched into the shrinkwrap.
