'Advance review copy' label tipped onto the title page by the publisher. Neat low visibility blindstamp (without ink) 'presentation copy' at the side margin of the title. Dedicated to Wilfrid Ewart, who was shot by friendly fire in New Mexico ( on his balcony he was shot by an American partygoer at New Year from the street below), it was at the suggestion of the author Stephen Graham and his wife during their time researching the book that he go out there to stay with them after a bout of ill health.
