The jacket is still attractive but very worn, though protected in a thin mylar - with paper loss at the top of the rear panel, foxing spots, and short chips abounding, and a long closed tear that runs from the pack panel into the spine panel. 279 pp., indexed, black and white photos and illustrations throughout. Binding is intact but lacking tightness and the book lays flat open with no effort. Previous owner's bookplate to the paste-down, otherwise an unmarked copy. The dustjacket is torn in half at the front joint, but all pieces are present, tattered and torn. 160 pp., indexed, some black and white photos. An interesting look at properous commune, originated from the Lutheran Separatists.
