Focus is on details of distribution, habits, breeding, diet, and voice.

Spine lettering and cornucopia on the front cover still vivid and well-inked. Age toning and foxing to the text-block edges but the text itself is clear and cream. Binding and hinges are solid. Previous owner's bookplate to the front pastedown. The jacket is still attractive but very worn, though protected in a thin mylar - with paper loss at the top of the rear panel, foxing spots, and short chips abounding, and a long closed tear that runs from the pack panel into the spine panel. 279 pp., indexed, black and white photos and illustrations throughout. An examination of the Hanseatic League tha dominated the northern European economy in medieval times.

A good-only copy of this title with heavy edge-wear and some scuffing to the covers. Age-toned and lightly soiled. Previous owners names on the first blank are the only markings in the book. The binding is solid, but the front edge is a bit thumbed. 84 pp., some black and white illustrations. The story of school teacher and columnist from Gustavus, known affectionately as "Ye Olde."

Inscribed at Old Economy July 31, 1954 Christiana F. Knoedler." Old Economy refers to Old Economy Village, now a National Historic Landmard that preserves the commune's history. Blue hardcover , only fair condition with the "remains" of a dustjacket included for completeness. Wear and deterioration to the spine tips and corners, and some dark staining to the boards. Binding is intact but lacking tightness and the book lays flat open with no effort. Previous owner's bookplate to the paste-down, otherwise an unmarked copy. The dustjacket is torn in half at the front joint, but all pieces are present, tattered and torn. 160 pp., indexed, some black and white photos. An interesting look at properous commune, originated from the Lutheran Separatists.

Overall a quite nice copy, but with some wear at the corners and spine ends - and a heavy crease at the spine - binding is intact and solid. Interior is clean and unmarked, with introductory matter in both languges, and plate captions mostly in both languages as well. Significant material at rear appears to be Chinese only. An enormous book at 458 pages, filled with full color artwork, wirtings and scrolls. Oversize and overweight will require additional shipping for expedited or international shipping.

White hardcover, 2nd printing of the collector's edition, in dustjacket. A good plus copy with scuffing and light soil to the white covers and shelfwear and bending at the spine tips. Interior is clean, bright and unmarked. Sturdy binding, lightly read. The gold jacket is very good with matching wear at the tips of the spine panel, bright and crisp. 444pp., plus additional content at rear, not available in the regular edition - a note from the author, short stories that inspired the work, and a sneak preview of On the Come Up. The story of Starr, the murder of her friend Khalil during a police stop, and her activism and struggle to try to find justice.

A very good copy, with bumping at the lower corners and a thin scrape to the bottom edge of the text block. Binding is tight as if unread, and the pages are clean. Unclipped jacket is not quite as good - bending and scuffs at the jacket corners and folds, and general shelf-wear to the panel edges - still bright and clean. 357 pp., nicely signed by this western legend.

A green dot and the numbers 5-4 on the top of the title page, otherwise the text is clean and unmarked. 126 pp., two inserts of black and white photos. Pratt Jr.'s autobiographical history of life in Hawaii in the early half of the 20th century.

Minor shelf-wear and a bit of scuffing to the covers. 83 pp., a sister's story of female nurses in world war II, and the horrible impact of the atomic testing at Bikini Atoll.

Yellow paper covers - a good only copy with soil and darkening to the cover - especially along the edges. Inside, a clean copy with no writing. Binding has been opened too far in several spots, with the webbing visible at the first page of chapter two. A couple of dog-earred pages. 91 pp., the Snipes use their still to create flour, alcohol fuel and home electricity - successfully driving across the US in their alcohol powered Subaru.

Fair to good condition with a hard bump to the spine column, some paper loss near the bump. Heavy wear to corners and spine tips and general scuffing to the covers. A well worn copy on the outside - inside much better. A collection of photos and a few poems that the author, a graphic artist, has placed and produced as tribute to his fellow survivors of the AIDS crisis in America. A strange and beautiful book, 63 pages. Romano has done design work for Vogue, Rolling Stone, and the Times.

A history of Probat-Werke, created in 1868 as the Emmerich Machine Factory and Iron Foundry. They have been a force in the coffee industry for more than 150 years. 107 pp., black and white photos.

An examination of Hardin and her work, originally part of a 3 volume set form the publisher featuring New Mexico's native female artists.
