Anthony Lee Ash, The Gospel According to Luke
(series: The Living Word Commentary [on the New Testament] 4; Austin, Tex.: Sweet Publishing Company, 1972; repr., 1975), vol. 1 ("Part I, Luke 1:1–9:50"), 167 pages. 8¼″ × 5⁷⁄₁₆″ × ¹¹⁄₁₆″. Hardcover. Never had a dust jacket. ISBN 10: 0834400677; ISBN 13: 978–0834400672. This volume belonged to the personal library of a minister, who catalogued it and then pasted a library card in a manila sleeve pocket and a "Date Due" slip on the back endpaper. There is no "call number" library label, however, on the spine. This previous owner also stamped his name on the front and back endpapers and on the page edges (front, bottom, and side). All pages are clean, with no writing, no underlining, no highlighting, and no marks of any kind. In fact, this volume looks like it has never been read.

Soft, dark green flexible vinyl cover. Very Good. This volume once belonged to the personal library of a minister, but it looks unused. This previous owner has stamped his name on the bottom edge of the pages. However, all of the surfaces of the pages are clean, with no writing, no underlining, no highlighting, and no marks of any kind on any of the pages. And the binding is very sound. Like new, except for the gold lettering on the vinyl cover, which has faded.
